UK Soap Stars party in Dublin...

Dublin last night became the Soap capital of the world when stars from Coronation Street, Heartbeat and Emmerdale Farm hit Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel. Coronation Street's Steve McDonald lead the cast which included Maxine and Ashley Peacock as well as sultry Sinnita Vikram and her brother.

Emmardale's stars in town included Landlady Bernice, Kathy Clover and vet Zoe Tate.

They were joined by Heartbeats Vernono Scripps and barmaid Gina Ward. The stars were town for a Granada television party to celebrate their partnership deal with TV3, the Irish TV station.

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern launched the deal in front of 200 VIP guests including a host of RTE and TV3 stars.
